Lee and the whole Clemens family can usually be found laying around their severely run-down house. Though Lee, himself, likes to wander around once in a while to steal from the locals.

The bulky landlord of Jimmy and Apu's appartment building considers himself "tough but fair." He's usually seen walking around in his vomit-stained clothes, evicting the various tenants of his residence.
